Job Description :
Experience driving campaign launches with multiple stakeholders
Extensive hands on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other CRM Tools
Intermediate SQL skills and ability to query multiple data sources for debugging and troubleshooting
Proficient in writing advanced SQL Server Queries
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ET and Amp Scripting
Responsible for project management of campaign operations as well as managing ad hoc requests
Ability to multi-task and stakeholder management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
Extremely detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills and visualization skills to present data to stakeholders.
Leverage Campaign management best practices to optimize campaign performance, including techniques like A/B or multivariate testing of emails and landing pages, personalization, and segmentation
Extensive understanding of Email Marketing Business practices
Intermediate HTML skills, specifically for responsive email and landing page design
Knowledge of end to end Campaign Management processes
Excellent technical & analytical skills with strong business acumen
Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required
Previous experience working with Microsoft
Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
Customer focused / user empathy skills
Experience working within a geographically-dispersed team
Experience working across multiple groups and teams
Be self-critical and have an accountable work approach
Certification in a leading Email Marketing Automation / CRM Tool
