Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: Long Term

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing automation and, platform management using Eloqua
- 2+ years of experience in CRM systems integration (Salesforce preferred) along with Eloqua
- Hands-on experience on Eloqua administration (includes managing workflows, native and custom integrations/programs and update rules), Eloqua configuration (includes create integration using multiple channels, AppCloud apps installation and configuration, form customizations) and implementation (includes close coordination with Oracle to setup Eloqua data model, subscription center, security model, Branding and deliverability, IP warming, 3rd party data DMP integrations)
- Proven experience in Eloqua IT support using multi-shore support and global implementation of Eloqua
- Rich experience in Eloqua customizations and data feeder services development using Java, PERL and other scripting languages
- Hands-on experience on develop Eloqua AppCloud connector services and program builder
- Well-versed with Lead scoring model development and management
- Experience in developing apps using Bulk, Rest and other API’s
- Hands-on about integration of Eloqua with multiple data management platforms or data warehouses
- Have worked on Eloqua customizations and data (inbound/outbound) integration implementations with multiple upstream and downstream application/system(s)
- Experience in working with business and technology partners to understand system functionality and roadmaps, product customizations need and implementation
- Strong business, marketing and information systems acumen
- Develop requirements for the improvements and enhancements with related to marketing operations and infrastructure
- Experience in establishing and maintaining system documentation and training materials

We don’t not get a resource who fits all must-have but resource should have a good hands-on experience on Eloqua configuration, administration and implementation.
Similar marketing automation platform like Adobe, Marketo will not be a choice here. Eloqua IT support experience is a must need, being a user creating campaigns in Eloqua might not fit the bill. Miru’s Adobe experience wasn’t accounted and that was one of the reason not to cross the final hurdle.
