Job Description :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend backlog meetings and sprint demos to discuss technical specifications
Facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, deep dive technical sessions, and solution needs with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts
Create User Stories and define Acceptance Criteria
Identify opportunities for new eCommerce capabilities
Will partner with Business users and actively work with the IT team to help translate business requirements for the Development team responsible for designing and coding a solution
Analyze and document business processes
Understand customer, partner and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Preferred 4 year degree
3-5 years’ experience in related field
Experience gathering requirements, conducting business analysis, and writing business requirements
Project work experience
Experience in healthcare/medical device industry a plus
Experience with B2B, B2C, and B2B2C eCommerce
Knowledge and understanding of AGILE methodology
