Job Description:
Must Have Skills:
A Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
3-5 years’ experience as a scrum-master
Formal training in Agile portfolio, Lean agile budgeting, project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional integration/relationships and program execution.
Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
Demonstration of strong influencing skills.

Roles / Responsibilities:
Guiding and coaching team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
Facilitation of team meetings, including daily standup meeting, iteration planning, review and retrospective.
Facilitation of team momentum towards committed work established during Program Increment (PI) sessions
Enforcing agile team rules & norms
Assist with scope creep and management of stakeholder expectations when needed
Assisting with internal and external communication related to team commitments
Responsible for tracking work progress
Assisting with creation of issues within defect tracking system
Management of incoming requests and creation of backlog items based on product owner feedback
Assist product owner with prioritization of stories and backlog grooming
Actively address and escalate identified blocking items to allow team to focus on delivering committed work
Oversee story delivery against epics and elevate risks proactively
Enable effective, efficient working relationship with related and assigned teams
Need to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex systems in a results-driven environment, and accountability of deadlines and value propositions.
