Role: EWIS Design
Location: Savannah, GA
Long Term
Skills required:
Knowledge on EWIS parts Connectors with accessories (i.e. back shells, pin/sockets sealing plugs etc), D-sub connectors, wires, cables, fiber optics connectors & cables, terminal blocks, Splices, Solder devices, Terminal lugs, Terminal and Ground Blocks , feed-through, conduits and wiring protection devices etc.
Knowledge on EWIS component qualification (Knowledge on D0-160D and EWIS component MIL & industry standards)
Should able to Prepare/Issue/Revise the drawing of EWIS Standard Parts – Require mechanical engineer 2D & 3D for creating the standard parts modelling. (Deliverables: MAS drawing & Specification Control Drawing (SPCD)
Should able to create the Qualification test plan of the specification controlled EWIS components.
Should have knowledge on EWIS new regulation and create EWIS component compliance reports.
Should able to define CAR 525 1701 and FAR § 25.1701, EWIS Definition and create documentation on EWIS components selection guidelines.
