Job Description :
This is a Desktop Support role and not an Architect role so mid-level professional are accepted

1. Responsible for designing and blueprinting the office setup of End user computing (Desktop, Phone, Printers, Data room, etc) for new location.
2. Responsible for designing the move of the office from IT infrastructure perspective.
3. Work with project manager to define the project plan for office move and set up
4. Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Windows XP, 7, VDI and Windows Clients OS.
5. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills on Desktops, Laptops, Windows and Vmware Operating System hardware
6. Experience in Architecture/Design of Windows and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
7. Experience in Hardware knowledge (Dell, HP, IBM Desktop), basic hardware (Server, Blade, Storage, Tape Library, Network Devices, Firewall, Cabling etc) troubleshooting in data center with help of respective SME
8. Excellent skills in Scripting, Automation of Installation (imaging
9. Experience in Migration/Upgrade of Window and Vmware infrastructure
10. Good troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP , Event Logs, File and Print Server
11. Experience in Datacenter Operations, Managing security permissions, Backups and restoration.
12. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
13. Install, test and certify operating system service packs, hot fixes, patches and/or upgrades
14. Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix.

Lead the participate in outage calls
Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide activities report.
Follow Compliance and Regulation policy of TCS and Customer
Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the TCS agreement with customer
Keep the Inventory up to date for global locations
Work with offshore team and ensure customer deliverables are delivered on time
Complete the work assigned from supervisor
