Job Role:
1. Accountable for knowing functionality of ETQ Reliance 12.0d to guide business process changes and configuration/development.
2. Ensure continued system compliance to applicable electronic QMS system regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11.
3. The individual will collaborate with Business to roll out new functionalities and adhere to the industry standards and change management procedures, enterprise policies, site procedures and work instructions.
4. Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
5. Accountable to ensure the solution meets the agreed upon business requirements while creatively leveraging standard capabilities where possible.
6. Writing test scripts for the testing of the deployed solution
7. Conduct data and process analysis using SQL.
8. Stay abreast of technology developments related to domain expertise.
9. Preparation of various dashboard reports and participation in weekly and monthly status review meeting with customer and other stakeholders.
10. Manages multiple priorities and successfully completes multiple projects with minimal supervision from the manager.
