* Create a raw operational data store (ODS) for various file formats
* Create header & detail level tables from raw flat files
* Work through ingesting various file formats into DB tables
* Create primary/secondary keys, maintain indexes as part of the ingestion process of raw files
* Comb through file folder/subfolder locations and create meta data related to where files are found and link it to the raw data contained within each file
* Create an audit process including timestamps, create dates, etc. as part of ingesting files
* Production
* Build a go-forward process to house the ingestion of raw flat files as they are received
* Process
* Architect and build a high level process overview of ingestion process for raw files
* High level understanding of healthcare claim/risk adjustment process
* High level understanding of provider EMR systems and the correlation of how the information can be used by a healthplan/payer system.
* Partnering
* Work with IT to follow SDLC guidelines
