Position: ETL Database QA
Job Description: ETL Database QA working on MS SQL Server, Hive DB, ETL DB Testing and BI reporting tools like Qlik View, SFDC platform.
Key Technical Skill: • Strong ETL QA, MS SQL Server testing experience, have hands-on experience in SFDC, Qlik View Dashboard, BI Reporting and Big Data testing, exposure to Automation & Data lake platform is preferred
Exposure with various Database, BI testing tools/ framework and supporting automation tool sets and SFDC will be useful
Strong troubleshooting background.
Diversified experience with BI testing platforms and DB testing. Expertise in BO and Qlik View dashboard testing. Good experience on HP Test Suite (Quality Centre, QC, Quick TestPro and/or LoadRunner) along with Jenkins, DB Automation, ETL Informatica etc.
Proficient in Test Planning and test case writing and designing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6+ years of experience in writing DB testing Queries, test planning and test cases from business/IT requirements. Highly skilled testing in BI applications on Windows platform
4+ years of database testing experience in MS SQL Server, Teradata, Sybase/Oracle, DB2
Desired Skills • 4+ years of experience in writing test plan, strategy and test cases from business/IT requirements. Highly skilled testing in BI applications on Windows platform
3+ years of database testing experience in SQL, Teradata, Sybase/Oracle, DB2
6+ years of QA experience working on Functional and regression testing with different teams.
Hands-on experience with white box and grey box testing, automation testing, continuous integration and script java languages is preferred.
Proficient in Test Planning and test case writing and designing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
