Roles and Responsibilities:
Good understanding on DWH / BI concepts/ ETL testing
Knowledge in Insurance domain is a plus
Experience in creating test cases using data mapping documents
Experience in preparing test strategy , test design and test summary report
Strong DB skills.
Experienced in SQL writing complex queries / joins (without the help from a developer)
Strong Experience in SQL programming and performance tuning experience is required mostly in Oracle
Strong Backend testing (SQL)
Experience in Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, and Business Rules Validation.
Excellent communication skills & need to coordinate across multiple projects for testing needs
Understanding of data integration best practices in data warehouse environment.
Experience in test execution analysis & reporting, testing life cycle processes and test tools like HP-ALM.
Experience working in Onshore/offshore model
Knowledge on Salesforce would be added advantage
Knowledge on Hadoop would be added advantage
Data Warehouse experience (datastage)
Reports testing (preferably Tableau)
Experience working in Agile/SAFE Agile environment
Automation experience (selenium/Python) – Nice to have
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
