Qualifications:
7-10 years experience in business intelligence/data warehousing initiatives.
4+ years’ hands-on experience of dashboard design using Tableau; mastery in all aspects of dashboard development and management related initiatives required.
5+ years'' hands-on ETL experience, preferably SSIS. Informatica experience a plus.
7+ years'' hands-on SQL experience.
Demonstrated ability to articulate BI design concepts to a variety of audiences including software engineers, managers and clients.
Ability to produce clear and accurate documentation; must be able to work collaboratively with users and in-house technical staff. Proven experience with complex business and technical analysis. Proven capability to quickly grasp new processes and technologies.
Proven performance in a highly inter-dependent team environment. Proven performance working independently.
Verifiable references for satisfactory work performance. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience in the banking industry a plus.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology a plus.
Opportunity to convert to FTE overtime.
