As a Sr SSIS ETL Developer, you will be joining aforward-thinkingEnterprise Analytics and Data Strategy team that drives digital product strategy across the entire company. This team has implemented cloud-based analytics infrastructure in Google Big Query and SQL Data Warehouse environments. You will be reporting and analyzing trends in digital traffic, social media, email campaigns, pushnotifications, app marketing, and other tactics to drive audience growth and engagement across more than 400 products and 75 businesses nationwide. You will get to work with large volumes of data using SQL Server, Google BigQuery, ETL, SSIS, Adobe/Google Analytics, predictive analysis, and more.Benefits includes free parking, casual dress code, flex hours, and 1 work-from-home day per week.
Responsibilities:
Develop Advanced KPI DataMart that will involve significant calculations and manipulations across datasets.This will be developed in Google BigQuery, so skills in developing in Standard SQL are key.
Create process for detecting anomalies across key datasets (builds on KPI DataMart
Create ETL processes to move data to/from multiple environments:
o To/from SQL to BigQuery (raw data and processed tables)
o To Tableau from BigQuery
Implement monitoring and triggering for end-to-end process flow.
Qualifications:
Google BigQuery experience is a huge plus!
5+ years in Data Analytics and Development
Strong understanding of ETL and best practices
Strong data development skills creating stored procedures using SQL/SSIS (testing/putting them into production/optimizing)
Experience with a cloud data platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform,Azure)
Demonstrate the ability to learn new systems and super attention to detail
