Job Description :
Position : ETL Production Support Engineer
Location : San Leandro, CA
Duration : Long Term
Experience : 8+ Years
Primary Skills : ETL, Autosys, UNIX, Shell Scripting, Informatica Powercenter, SQL

Responsibilities:
Monitoring of production job as per rotation
Inform stakeholders in case of any failure or SLA miss. Involve the appropriate team to debug & fix the issue
Update Problem ticket with resolution post the issue fix. Raise defect to further track the issue for the development fix
Provide enhancement to the development team
Involvement in Release deployment & validation
Coordinate with Dev/QA team to understand the new features getting added in the release to effectively support the product
Provide infrastructure support & validation
Provide weekend support on need basis"

Technical Skills:
Essential:
Autosys exp. Hands on experience with Autosys command and Autosys JIL development
Good Hands on in UNIX & shell scripting
Working experience in Prod support team
Informatica PowerCenter ETL development is Plus
Problem Ticket experience
Debugging skills/How to check logs etc in case of issues"

Experience in Banking Domain
SQL
NAS (Network Attached Storage)
NDM
