Role Title: ETL Informatica Developer
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Required Skills:
Solid experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and ETL process using Informatica PowerCenter 9.x, 10.x
Strong Informatica technical knowledge in the areas on Informatica Designer Components -Source Analyzer, Mapping Designer & Mapplet Designer, Transformation Developer, Workflow Manager , Workflow Monitor
Ability to analyze, design, implement and test medium to complex mappings independently. Ability to design and implement easily scalable ETL components
Strong SQL and related skills. Ability to develop and implement complex procedures and packages using Oracle PL/SQL.
Good understanding on the parameter file concepts and how they can leveraged for good design and solutions
Good understanding of the commonly used transformations like Source qualifier, joiners, union, aggregator, sorter, expression, transaction control, xml transformation, lookups etc
Experience with Informatica Advanced Techniques Dynamic Caching, Memory Management, Parallel Processing to increase Performance throughput
Experience on real-time data extraction and reporting with Informatica
Hands on experience on Cognos is an added bonus
Responsibilities/ expected deliverables: Develop informatica mappings, debugging using queries on source and targets.
