Description :

Business Intelligence ETL Developer to support Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) Version 11.
This engagement will focus primarily on supporting enhancements to current Informatica code.
This role will also be responsible for development in Oracle Data Integrator after we complete the conversion from OBIEE Version 11 to Version 12.
The BI ETL Developer is responsible for supporting the Enterprise Platform Financial Data Analytics team through the lifecycle of requirements, design, development & testing.
This role will drive development against the OBIEE Financial Data Warehouse.
This resource will also be responsible for the unit testing of all code developed and partnering with the testing team on defect resolution. The BI ETL Developer partners closely with Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Business Users to ensure we deliver solutions in support of the reporting and analysis needs for the company.

Core Requirements:
5+ years’ of recent hands on development experience with Informatica & Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
3+ years’ of recent experience with relational database systems/Data Warehousing concepts
3+ years’ of recent hands on experience in writing and or interpreting PL/SQL
Familiar with SDLC process
Nice to have:
Knowledge of/Experience with Oracle EBS
Finance/Accounting Background
OBIEE BI Financial Apps Experience

Specific Responsibilities:
Independently develops ETL Code in Informatica or ODI per the business requirements.
Mentor existing team members in Oracle Data Integrator design and development best practices
Partner closely with Technical Project Manager, Project Leads and Architects to ensure development aligns with best practices.
Perform unit testing against the OBIEE Application & document results.
Follow current processes, procedures and best practice changes to the organization and project, maximizing quality and time to implementation.
Communicate, plan, and coordinate with business and project leaders, stakeholders, team members, and cross functional members.
Assist the QA Team in managing bugs related to area of responsibility to closure or disposition
Release high quality tested releases
Work with multiple teams across the company to support OBIEE as needed.
Escalate issues to leadership appropriately and quickly.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Management, or related discipline required.
Minimum 5 years IT experience.
Strong development skills in a large application environment are desired.
Proven track record of deploying large scale Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence systems. Proven analytical and technical problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with business users, solution owners, and team members.
