Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining Extract Transform Load (ETL) workflows for metadata extraction and related data mining in support of client’s product offerings.
Designing & coding web crawlers for Primary Law and other web-hosted data sources using both traditional and modern web client technologies.
Normalizing legislative, regulatory and other unstructured documents/metadata from a wide variety of source formats to XML, RDBMs and/or other normalized formats.
Deploying code mostly to Linux, Solaris and other Unix-style environments.
