Title: ETL Developer
Location: North Carolina
Experience : 10+Yrs
1. Assist development teams to maintain all data sources and data
storage options.
2. Coordinate with application team and develop all ETL processes.
3. Administer all requests and analyze issues and provide efficient
resolution for same.
4. Design all program specifications and perform required tests in
same.
5. Prepare codes for all modules according to require specification and
client requirements and prepare all required test plans.
6. Monitor all production issues and inquiries and provide efficient
resolution for same.
7. Evaluate all functional requirements and map documents and perform
troubleshoot on all development processes.
8. Documents all technical specifications and associate project
deliverables.
9. Design all test cases to provide support to all systems and perform
unit tests.
10. Evaluates the integration a various data sources like Oracle, SQL
server, VSAM and sequential files into staging area and recommends and/or
implements efficiencies;
11. Performs technical walk-through as needed to communicate
design/coded solution and to seek input from team members;
12. Develops ETL processes using Informatica, ETL control tables, error
logging, auditing, data quality.
13. Implements data cleanup procedures, transformations, scripts, stored
procedures, and execution of test plans for loading the data successfully
into the targets.
14. Strong Oracle Database technical knowledge in the areas of general
SQL and PL/SQL;
15. Strong Informatica technical knowledge in the areas on Informatica
Designer Components -Source Analyzer, Warehouse Designer, Mapping Designer &
Mapplet Designer, Transformation Developer, Workflow Manager and Workflow
Monitor;
16. Good knowledge of analytical and logical conceptual level
programming skills;
17. Data analysis, data mapping, data loading, and data validation;
18. Performance tuning and end-to-end lifecycle experience with
Enterprise wide data warehouse.
