JOB Title: ETL Developer
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (Locals Preferred)

Our Client is looking for experienced ETL Developers to handle file imports
and exports within their organization.
When they send or receive files, their ETL Developers create programs to:
* Read, validate, and process files provided by outside entities.
* Generate data and corresponding output files.
* Provide results reports which keep their business informed about the
success or failure of file exchanges.
Our Client''s ETL Developers rely heavily on their working knowledge of SQL.
They use DB2 for their database, but no special DB2 knowledge is required
for the position.
Our Client is looking for candidates who have experience with Kettle or one
of the other major ETL/Data Integration tools on the market. Kettle doesn''t
have the advanced enterprise features of tools like IBM Data Stage, or
Informatica, but anyone with previous experience in the ETL functions of
those tools should have no trouble learning Kettle on the job.
Our Client may even consider people with experience in Microsoft SSIS,
although parts of the SSIS product are very tightly integrated to Microsoft
SQL server, so it might not be quite as good of a match.
Hours: 8:30-5 pm
Environment: Developers are exposed to full-stack development because they
are a small company and a small team.
