+ experience in overview of the different job tasks and related job task
+ knowledge about job scheduler
+ knowledge about data stage setup and OBI
+ setup and managing of users, rights, rolls
+ knowledge about connection to internal user management systems
+ managing patches from IBM and request for patches
+ monitoring the servers inclusive all services (knowledge about the services running in the server)
+ interaction with business and other IT-deparments
+ database knowledge and optimization procedures
+ knowledge about related tasks and processes (i.e. to application server)
+ Selfdriven and strong communicator
