Job Description :
Responsible for documenting the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application technical design and providing guidance to the developers throughout the development, testing, and support phases.
Lead technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, configuration changes, and custom development and in delivering CRM and Siebel Online projects.
Develop and deploy new Microsoft Dynamics CRM interfacing applications, and/or enhancements to existing applications.
Provide detail design and documentation of each component of the solution such as configuration, data migration, integration and custom development.
Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development.
Conduct analysis of Global Sales business requirements.
Work closely with Global Sales business partners to realize the full capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Work closely with QA team to provide understanding of new requirements.
Work with onshore & offshore teams in support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application development activities.
Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals and fulfills end-user requirements.
Identify and resolve Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems issues.
Set best practices including integration, application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, business partners, and management

3+ years of technical team leadership experience
5+ years direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management;
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent;
Advanced Developer certification desired
Previous work experience on an Agile team
Previous work experiences with DevOps
Strong experience in Data Warehousing, ETL Informatica PowerCenter Client tools - Mapping Designer, Repository manager, Workflow Manager/Monitor and Server tools, Informatica Server, Repository Server manager.

Min 2-3 years of hands on experience in Informatica Cloud, Informatica Real-time, Informatica Power Exchange.
Expertise in Data Warehouse/Data mart, ODS, OLTP and OLAP implementations teamed with project scope, Analysis, requirements gathering, data modeling, Effort Estimation, ETL Design, development, System testing, Implementation and production support.
Extensive experience in writing Unix/Linux Scripting for Data validations and data transfer.
Strong experience in Dimensional Modeling and relational database modeling and Multidimensional ETL Model.
Expertise in working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and Teradata. Strong SQL,PL/SQL experience required.
Experience working with MSD-CRM/Salesforce, handling JSON & XML files and Real Time Integration with API.
