Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS
Extensive design and development experience in Dataware house and data mart design
Experience with loading large volume of data from SAP and NON SAP oracle based sources using tools like Talend (preferred) or Informatica
Experience of data modelling and data bases like Oracle, Teradata & MySQL
Experience with modern cloud based DWH products like AWS Snowflake or Redshift
Hands on experience using Linux and scripting
Ability to decode and write complex SQL queries
Performance tuning of queries and data loading process
Experience with modeling normalized and de-normalized data structures
Experience with designing data security, lineage, governance through the data pipeline from in premise sources to AWS S3 and cloud based data ware houses
Experience with data analytics using tools like Tableau or Rapidminer
Experience with tools for meta data management like Alation and Change data capture like Attunity
Experience with data blending tools like Altreyx
Excellent Communication & presentation skill

ETL / Data Warehouse Management
Develop technical standards and specifications addressing performance, security and orchestration of ETL and data warehouse management
Provide guidance and direction on data warehouse management best practices and procedures
ETL Architecture
Architect and design ETL strategy, tool selection and complete data pipe line from source to target
Lead effort of delivering ETL platform and solution
Design change data capture strategies
Working with data scientists to create self-service model
ETL Design and Development
Implementation of agreed design and working multiple cross functional business and IT teams (onsite and offshore)
Data mapping, deployment and trouble shooting
Technical documentation for ETL applications
ETL Operations
Building operations support model and relevant operating procedures
Hand over to operations team
