ETL Architect – Informatica , Oracle, Exadata, AIX / Linux – Healthcare

Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 15+ Years of IT and Healthcare experience
Education: Masters
Job Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:
Very Strong Healthcare Knowledge
Strong in Health care Analytics products like Vizent Alliance, StrataDecision
Hands on in LINUX and UNIX security administration concepts
Hands on in EXADATA performance tuning, role base access provisioning and maintenance
Work closely with business and IT teams to clarify and refine functional data requirement specifications.
Create effective data models to support both RDBMS and NoSQL based databases
Translate detailed business requirements into optimal database and ETL solutions.
Reviews project technical requirements, provides effort/cost estimates.
• Addresses any requirements changes or project deliverable issues, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) design and development on multi-terabyte database environment.
Define and deliver consistent ETL standards, methodologies, guidelines & techniques.
Diagnose complex problems, including performance issues, and driving to resolution.
Collaborate with Data Analysts to develop coordinated plans to meet business requirements.
Assist data analysts and end users across all functional areas in identifying long-term, strategic data needs for the enterprise, defining how the data is related to the business processes and developing a conceptual and functional model of the data
Good Understanding of DevOps, CICD for ETL Applications, Bigdata Technologies

Generic Managerial Skills: Able to manage a small to medium team of 3 to 8 people
Co-ordinate delivery between onshore, nearshore and offshore
