Job Description :
Required Skill-set and qualifications:
1. Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, or related field
2. 5+ years of administration level experience in one or more tools listed above
3. Software development skills (such as Java, JEE, web services, REST) is highly desirable.
4. Experience in deploying and supporting toolset for DevOps environment will be a plus.
5. Strong written and verbal communication Skills
Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-Day administration including configuration, maintenance and support the below tools. Tasks include – user account creation & maintenance, workflows, reports, custom fields, troubleshooting tool issues (access issues, crashes, performance etc
· HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
· HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT)
· HP LoadRunner
· Selenium Grid
· Smartbear SoapUI
· Micro Focus Silk Performer
· Micro Focus Silk Central Test Manager
· Micro Focus Silk Test
· Cucumber
· JMeter
(the tools listed in bold are the important tools from the support perspective)
2. Support IT teams in troubleshooting, maintenance of tool infrastructure e.g. patching, clustering, load-balancing etc.
3. Support IT Security team in Vulnerability assessments of new version of the tools listed above - primarily in terms of set-up, configuration, troubleshooting etc.
4. Support IT teams in set-up, configuration and integration of DevOps tools (e.g. Cucumber) as required by various project teams.
5. Identify and recommend best practices and solutions to enhance tool support experience for the end-users.
