12+ years of experience in ESI Solution Architect in to Oracle FMW SOA suite in 12C and 11g
Educational Background
Bachelor Degree or Higher in Engineering or Information Technology or Computer Science
Project / Delivery Management /Technical Competencies
The ESI SA is a senior role and should also be the key contact for architecture & design governance related to Oracle- ESI on projects such as Digital. So, need experience with cloud integration and micro services design.
Candidates should be having good exposure to Oracle FMW SOA suite (SOA, BPM, BPEL, OSB) in 12C and 11g. Should know the latest features in Oracle 12C and differentiating features b/w 11g and 12c.
Should have good experience in migration from older version of FMW to Oracle 12C. Should have designed or provided architecture to high and complex integrations to cloud, and on prem applications.
Strong Communications and leadership within and across the program(s) as well as thought leadership around cloud integration e.g. Dell Boomi, Mulesoft etc., would be much preferred
Ability to effectively influence, interact and collaborate with senior level Solution Architect team.
Strong Customer Management at Enterprise Architects
Good Leadership skill to work in offshore / onsite model.
To coordinate with the multiple application teams, admin teams, load testing teams who are using and maintaining the system – follow up with individual teams spread across three timezones (IST, GMT & CST) to capture the progress status of the issues handled by them.
We need an Integration architect who should have basic knowledge and understanding of Salesforce data model and integration methods which SF platform provides.
The person should be capable of:
Providing proper integration solution design at the ESI/Oracle Fusion layer for the various systems and components
Having the oversight of the entire architectural landscape to design the complete reusable ESI components that are being built – what is expected is the oversight of various scenarios that may come up in future, and the design should be already catering to can be extended easily to comply
Should have good knowledge of design patterns and integration patterns
