Job Description :
Role: ERP Sr. SAP Technical

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6+ Months

W2 contract

Required Skills :

SAP HR

OM and PA (organizational management and personnel administration) configuration

Technology Expertise (Mandatory):

· SAP ECC Personnel Administration and Organization Management

· ESS/MSS Portal

· Technology Expertise (Working knowledge helpful):

· HP ALM

· Office 365 applications

Responsibilities:

· Writing and maintaining necessary documentation

· Testing expertise in complex scenarios

· Writing of test scripts and scenarios

· Defect Management of testing issues across teams

· Communicating and working with people at all levels in a team environment


Desired Skill and Experience:

· 3-4 years of well-rounded SAP HCM experience with support experience in PA, OM

· Experience with at least two SAP HR implementations

· Knowledge of Organization management including reporting structure

· Customer service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills

· Ability to understand and analyze HR management process

· Ability to adapt to changing environments and demonstrate sound judgment in the face of complex challenges

· Ability to set up test cases and test on any issue
