Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for clients’ Sage 100 software.
Install and setup financial, distribution, and/or manufacturing applications software.
Provide ongoing support services to existing clients.
Gather specification requirements for development projects. This includes collaboration with the customer and consultants. Based upon the requirements, design solutions for the customer’s needs.
Development of custom code to meet customer requirements.
This can include:
o integrations between Sage 100 and other software and systems.
o imports.
o new forms, tables, and fields.
o custom modifications and enhancements for specific customer requirements.
o custom reports.
o scripting.
Customer support for new and existing development projects.
Develop test plans, build test data, and test new or enhanced application functions.
Communicate effectively with team members, both verbally and in writing.
Develop functional specifications and conduct functional analyses.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Problem solver with strong communication skills :
Experience with Sage 100 EPR software – 2+ years
BS in accounting, Computer Science, or another business-related field; or equivalent experience (desired)
Experience with Sage 100 s a plus
Experience with BizInsights software a plus
Experience with Sage FAS a plus
1 year working as a Sage 100 Developer using ProvideX.
Sage 100 experience including setting up users and roles, Custom Office, Visual Integrator, and Crystal Reports.
Database experience (SQL, ODBC, etc
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent on the job experience.
Certified Sage 100 Master Developer
VBScript, HTML, VB.Net
Knowledge Sync experience
Business Object Interface experience
Have performed a third party integration with Sage 100
Experience with automating business processes
Accounting and warehousing knowledge
