Job Description :
REQUIREMENTS:
8-10 years of experience leading all phases of QA effort required to execute large SAP implementations
Experience leading testing efforts under the SAP Activate or similar methodology
Experience managing an outsourced testing engagement on SAP S/4 HANA system and business processes including O2C, P2P, GL Accounting
Experience implementing and leveraging SAP test automation tools
Experience working in Scrum- Agile teams
Identifying and analyzing quality risks
Determining testing scope using risk-based testing approach
Ability to react to changing project plans and come up with creative alternatives
Preparing, managing time estimates and fixed bid deliverables (SOW)
Reviewing supplier deliverables and providing feedback and direction
Assessing Risk to schedule, cost, or quality on project and testing engagement
Preparing and managing the project testing schedule
Preparing and facilitating the implementation of test plans
Defect Management and Analysis
Excellent communication (written, verbal)
Organizational, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a collaborative “team-oriented” environment

DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with any of the following would be a plus:
Familiar with SAP test Automation Tools (Worksoft, Tricentis, or similar)
Familiar with test automation for clouds implementations
Data Compare Tool (Informatica DVO or similar)
Test Data Management Tool (i.e. Informatica TDM or similar)
Finance Services experience
Knowledge / Experience in use of HP Testing Tools (Quality Center 12.55, Unified Functional Test (UFT 12.52), Performance Center 12.52), SOAPUI, or other similar QA tools
