Position Title: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager
Duration: LONG TERM
Location: Springfield, IL.

Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc is looking for an ERP Project Manager for its direct client in Springfield, IL.

Primary Responsibilities:-

Coordinating day-to­day project activities.
Consulting, on an ongoing basis, with the CFO (Chief Fiscal Officer) and CIO (Chief Information Officer) regarding all key decisions affecting implementation of the ERP solution.
Providing oversight on the business requirements analysis, data and reporting needs, interfaces with internal and external systems, user acceptance testing, system rollout, and training and implementation activities.
Analyzing design documentation from the Client''s ERP vendor(s) to determine accuracy of the intended solution.
Monitoring and controlling the functional gaps identified during the design sessions and also track defects identified during the user acceptance testing.
Preparing and presenting status on project schedules, project deliverables, project risks, and risk containment strategies.
Serving as primary communicator to various levels of management, technology partners, functional experts, and key end users.
Participating on assigned teams or groups as well as providing technical assistance to said teams or groups.
Providing post-implementation support, documentation, monitoring, and assessment to help gauge project success.


Requirements (All Mandatory):-

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive project management experience, with PMP certification required.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT related field.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with SAP ERP 6.0 enhancement package 6 or above implementations, including the financial core components of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and grant management at federal, state, or local government entities.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with process and functional analysis as it relates to financial systems support.
Resource must be a permanent resident or legally authorized for employment in the U.S
