II. Position Overview:

We are looking for a Cloud ERP developer with mid to senior level of experience to join our development team. We are embarking on a journey to replace our existing ERP. You’ll be an NCF employee initially working side-by-side with a vendor’s team. We are building an innovative ERP solution that will leverage your configuration, integration, and customization skills. Once the system is rolled out, you will be NCF’s Cloud ERP resident expert who will be the technology steward of the system.

III. Essential Functions:
1. Responsibilities
a. Provides mid-level application software development services. Works well within a team, with vendors, and will be comfortable being the key technical point of contact for the Cloud EPR vendor, once implemented. The candidate will be able to effectively and efficiently upgrade the system with approved requirements. Adheres to approved standards for software development.
b. Post implementation development of complex program logic to support evolving requirements. This will include analyzing and modifying logic in existing applications. Considers and/or provides multiple options or solutions to satisfy organizational needs.
c. Codes and tests. This includes writing test plans, debugging, documenting, implementing and maintaining software applications. Develops complex functionality enhancements through code customization and application configuration.
d. Ensures products produce expected results and benefit to customers. Ensures that improvements are successfully implemented and impacts across the value stream and application are considered.
e. Works within an ecosystem that includes multiple Cloud or Purchased applications.
f. Serves on cross-functional project teams as a subject matter expert on ERP data processes, data governance, and application systems (not expected to be SME on day 1
2. Vendor Management
a. Engages with vendors to diagnose and repair applicable software systems as needed

a. Document current environment and all changes.

a. Limited travel (no more than 10%)

7. Other Duties and Responsibilities
a. The developer carries out such other duties and responsibilities as may be directed by the Director, Information Technology.
b. The developer may be asked to serve on/with other teams within NCF.

IV. Knowledge Base

Licenses and Certifications: Certified Applications Developer or similar credentials for the Cloud ERP vendor selected.

V. Work Experience/Education: Five plus year’s professional experience working in applications development or similar field. Bachelor''s Degree Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Disaster & Emergency Management or related discipline

2 plus years'' experience working with JavaScript
3 - 5 years’ experience working with Cloud ERP
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Cloud ERP Implementation experience
Cloud ERP scripting tools
Experience with the Cloud ERP containers, integration and environment tools.
Experience with Application integration (SOAP, RESLET, JSON, API Integration, Web services.
Experience with other cloud based platforms (Salesforce, Intact)
Experience with JavaScript, and JQuery

The developer is accountable to the Director, Software Product Development

The developer is expected to exercise a high degree of independent action

IX. Work Environment:

Physical Demands:
a. Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment.
b. Work performed in a general office environment with low humming of PC equipment.
c. Requires ability to communicate and exchange information, collects, compiles, compares and prepares work documents, set-up and maintain work files.
d. Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs; retrieving and placing materials on high shelves and on floor-level shelves; standing, walking; carrying, grasping; hearing; seeing; sitting; kneeling; climbing; balancing; stooping; crouching and reaching.

Mental Demands
a. Ability to work greater than 8 hour day as needed.
b. Occasional need to work overtime hours outside of normal business hours.
c. This position may be required to serve in an “on-call” capacity in order to provide timely response to technology failures outside of standard business hours.
