Role Description:

Coordinate testing activities with client’s Project Manager
Create and review test cases for various modules of MS Dynamics based on Functional
Specifications
Execute Functional Test Cases to validate the module configurations and workflows in MS
Dynamics
Liaise with interfacing application teams to execute Integration Testing
Prepare Defect Status Reports
Record the deficiencies / defects in configurations or workflows and report them
Identify and communicate risks and their mitigation
Create manual Test Case for each module and establish traceability to the requirements
Create Test Data Repository
Create Regression Test Pack for MS Dynamics
Prepare Test Execution summary

Essential Skills:
Practical working knowledge of Agile software testing methodology
CRM testing experience (on the sales side)
Skilled in writing automated test scripts
Ability to execute manual and automated test plans and effectively communicate issues to
the team
Must have technical abilities to document defects, preferably MS Dynamics
Good to have – server and client side programming skills
CRM Modules and dashboards
ERP & CRM with SQL background
