Relevant Experience:
6+ years
Technical/Functional Skills:
6+ years combined technical and functional/business experience with ecommerce applications.
4+ years of recent BA work with web/software development experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with software developers and system administrators.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Must promote a high level of collaboration and teamwork with the project team and other digital teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Experience in business analysis on large complex projects or varying project types
Strong organizational, time management and teamwork skills
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies including the writing of User Stories, involvement in SCRUM/KANBAN/LEAN, and project planning at a sprint and iteration level.
Ability to translate complex concepts between business customers and technical project team.
Experience in eliciting, documenting and managing requirements over the Life Cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work as part of an Agile team dedicated to the implementation of Elastic Path ecommerce product.
Help the business decide how they want to use tools and workflows to create, share, and reuse content across multiple web sites and apps.
Engage and interact with both business and technology stakeholders, SMEs and product owners to gather and develop problem statements, detailed business requirements, process workflows and use cases.
Develop business requirements documentation that is thorough, complete and presented in a manner that is digestible to the target audiences, following defined standards and industry best practices and techniques
Establishes meaningful traceability between related requirements
Ensures that the solution design satisfies objectives and meets success criteria.
Creates quality project artifacts such as stories, success criteria, models (e.g., context diagrams, process maps, use cases, content models, site maps), traceability matrices, and others as appropriate.
Coordinate change requests to the business requirements working with project management and solution delivery team to effectively identify impact and prioritize
Provide recommendations on potential opportunities for further enhancements and present recommendations to business stakeholders and project management
