We are currently hiring for ENTERPRISE QA ARCHITECT for one of our direct clients base out at Seattle, WA for Contract position.
Title: ENTERPRISE QA ARCHITECT

Rate : $ 50
Responsibilities
¿ Is an integral part of Enterprise IT initiatives and provides the overarching QA leadership and vision
¿ Understands Business Strategy and can align QA Strategies accordingly.
¿ Identifies strategic risks and corresponding mitigation plan
¿ Ensures standardization and industrialization of QA processes to continuously improve quality of the product release and adherence to process thresholds
¿ Ensures the adherence to Test Strategy across QA teams
¿ Monitors organization level QA health, SLA¿s and metrics. Proposes and initiates corrective action as and where appropriate
¿ Facilitates QA Capacity planning by participating in scrum of scrums / enterprise release planning
¿ Creates, monitors and maintains the documents, templates, frameworks, SOP¿s and processes for Enterprise QA
¿ Participates across teams to share knowledge, learnings, and innovations and promotes best practices across the organization
¿ Researches, evaluates (technical feasibility, ROI, gaps etc and implements tools that support faster delivery with high quality
¿ Evaluates POC¿s and best practices within project teams for Enterprise adoption
¿ Drives Organizational change management from QA perspective
Qualifications & Skill Set
¿ Bachelor¿s degree in engineering or equivalent
¿ 14 + years of experience in delivering end to end QA across the project lifecycle
¿ At least 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
¿ 5+ years of experience as a QA delivery lead / Architect in a strategic and transformative engagement.
¿ 5+ years of hands on experience on test automation across the lifecycle, HP UFT/QTP hands on experience is preferred
¿ Experience of working in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins/Hudson/Service Virtualization / Chef/Puppet etc. from a QA viewpoint
¿ Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and influencing skills to drive change
