Duration : 6+ Months C2C – (Clinical Analysis certifications Preferred)

Overall deployment, management and support of infrastructure systems

Manage ticket queues to resolve or escalate issues

Evaluate, Test, and Implement new processes & software versions

Perform code migrations from QA to Production Environments

Track, Analyze, and Provide Reports

Work on special projects and initiatives

Work closely with partner teams and teammates toward solutions

Other duties as assigned.

Education:
Preferred Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience
Others:
· Familiarity of certifications with ITIL Preferred Business, Systems, or Clinical Analysis certifications Preferred
· VCA-DCV (Data Center Virtualization) certification preferred
