Job Description:
Our direct client requires the creation of multiple EDI transactions that allows communication with our Retailers Point-0f-Sale for Ordering, Receiving, Invoicing and sending miscellaneous data.
The candidate will configure a EDI test environment, design/create EDI transactions from the existing data files. Will document all processes and code, implement error handling and execute best practices when sending or receiving transactions.
At minimum will create the following:
244 – Product Source Information
810 – Invoice
832 – Product Price/Sales Catalog
850 – Purchase Order
855 – Purchase Order Acknowledgement
856 – Advance Shipment Notice (ASN)
860 – Purchase Order Changes
861 – Receiving Advice
879 – Price Information

Skills Needed:
8+ years Sterling EDI development
3+ years configuring Sterling EDI
Ability to develop maps utilizing delimited files or queries
Ability to work independently with high quality output
Candidate will have the ability to properly configure the Sterling EDI environment for isolated testing of completed EDI Transactions;
