Position: System Analyst(s)/ECM FileNet Analyst(s)
Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 per annum - depending on experience
Work Locations: At our office location in Schaumburg, Illinois or unanticipated client locations throughout United States
Duration: Longer term
Global InfoTech is currently seeking a ECM Systems Analyst with our company in Schaumburg, IL location. 100% travel is required to work on the job.
Description:
Experience in customization of IBM Case Manager & IBM content Navigator
Experience in IBM Case Manager customization using widgets
Experience in designing the FileNet workflows.
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Should possess Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Administer, maintain, and support FileNet P8 platform and applications
Administer WebSphere Application Server Identify and resolve production incidents and issuesWork with development team to drive resolutions
Escalate support tickets to upper tier as needed. Ensure system capability for business applications
Monitor and manage P8 environment for any potential outages
Excellent communication skills
Able to support multiple platforms and multiple databases (SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2)Linux and/or Windows environment

Educational Requirements:
Masters Degree in any Engineering or Science field from any recognized university in the United States is required
