Position : ECM Filenet Admin
Chesterfiled, MO
Participate in business requirements gathering, technical architecture and design of custom solutions and applications using IBM ECM software
Create Solution Outline document, which contains High Level Component Architecture, Integration Design and Solution Design
Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Application installation and configuration of IBM ECM-related software, updates, and troubleshooting of relevant systems
Contributing to organization success, growth, and knowledge management
Assist QA Test Team in the framing, timing, planning and execution of Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing
Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned to him/her on an as needed basis
Object Store Creation and Configuration
Add additional Metadata Templates (Bring on other business operations units)
Add additional document classes (Bring on other business operations units)
Configure security templates
Configure content search services
Configure Content Federation Services to allow integration
Configure Records Management
Migrate documents from various file share locations
