Job Description :
Role: ECM Business Analyst (OnBase/ ImageRight)

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 12 months

OnBase Business Support Analyst will work with the OnBase developers and service center teams to define project requirements, analyze and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency within existing business processes.

Responsibilities include:

Experience with OnBase/ ImageRight or other Enterprise Content Management software

Work with service center teams to define requirements, scope the project, perform testing and manage implementation of new projects and enhancements to current builds.

Determine operational objectives by studying business processes, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.

Maintain OnBase documentation by writing and updating procedures, training material and business processes.

Improve processes by studying current practices, identifying bottle-necks and recommending modifications to eliminate constraints.

Define, maintain, create and generate reports. .

System maintenance through evaluating the need and use of document types, keywords, workflow processes, reports and automated jobs.

Maintain user access within the system defined by security requirements.

Provides tier one level support and training for end users.

Understand OnBase features and provide recommendation for application to business processes.

Contributes to the OnBase team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Business or Computer related discipline, or equivalent experience

Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to solve problems

Attention to detail, strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

Ability to multi task, prioritize issues and monitor progress

Ability to work independently and as part of the larger team

Ability to develop alternative solutions to problems and recommend the best solution for the business
