Description:
The Oracle EBS Systems Manager will be responsible for the technical side of maintenance and support of Oracle EBS and ASCP production systems. Candidate must have clear and concise communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with proven expertise in resolving production issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with DBAs, developers, Client and OMCS resources in resolving production issues.

Maintaining production batch schedules, alerts and performing monitoring activities.

Review the system proactively to identify potential locking or performance issues and work with OMCS to resolve these issues.

Work closely with Client in resolving workflow issues in a timely manner.

Helping Client on SR related activity by utilizing debugging and tracing procedures.

Work with release manager in performing post migration activities in PROD and Non-PROD instances.

Work after hours to resolve critical production issues.

Perform weekend support of post-production releases.

Required Skills:
Experience in Oracle Applications R11 or R12.
Prior Technical Lead experience in production support or development environment.
Must have knowledge and familiarity in Oracle EBS and ASCP databases and application tier architecture.
Knowledge about EXADATA servers is a plus.
Must have knowledge about Oracle 11i/12c Databases.
Must be proficient in Oracle tools such as Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder and OAF.
Must have strong knowledge in SQL/PLSQL tuning, forms personalization, PCG, CCG, AACG, Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Must have knowledge in application modules such as AP, AR, GL, INV, PO, OM, BOM, WIP, QA, ASCP.
Having knowledge in Noetix and Cognos is a big plus.
Expert at problem solving and high degree of debugging skills.

Required Education:
Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related field required.
