Role: EBS Data migration lead
Location: Naples, FL
Availability: immediate
Duration: 6+ months
Visa Status: GC/ US Citizens Preferred.

Job Description:
The EBS Data migration lead acts as the primary IT liaison to the business function
Strong in Solution Design & Implementation in Oracle Application
Working experience in all the phases of an SDLC project.
Technical Skills include – Oracle APPS (11i & R12), PL/SQL, Workflows, Oracle Forms, OAF personalization & customization, XML Publisher.
Preparation of Technical Design & code review
Will provide technical solutions regarding data migration and data mapping. Is responsible for the end to end planning and delivery for all data migration within the program
Works closely with the Technical delivery team, Technical Architects, Platform team and Program management to ensure a suitable and robust data design.
Responsible for managing data sourcing, cleansing and reconciliation efforts with other work-stream teams and business units
Responsible for designing, developing and managing the execution of data cleanup work plan and the data conversion test plan
Responsible for the management of the data migration testing and load process from the extract of data by the legacy system owners, run the load routines, perform basic reconciliations, coordinates business reconciliations and signoff and resolves the issue
Analyze the current system and make sure we are able to migrate the new applications to the current platform
Good trouble-shooting, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
Experience in working with onsite/offshore business teams with proven effectiveness in handling offshore-onsite development model
Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with business partners at management and end-user levels
Participate in project status meeting with the client to update on progress at the technical front, Conversion execution plan preparation, execution, reconciliation and publish the results
Institute''s regular communication and user group meetings with business partners.
Educates business partners on systems capabilities and the feasibility of the EBS platform
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience working on Data Migration activities across all EBS modules
Experience managing client relationships
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
Excellent verbal and written skills
