Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is looking for Dynatrace Consultant at Lowell, AR for Full time engagement with following job description.

Requirement:

Job title: Dynatrace Consultant
Duration: Full time with Miracle
Location: Lowell, AR

Job Description:

Must be able to handle performance management for apps running on-premises and in the cloud.
This includes apps availability, performance, and impacts in the form of deep transaction tracing, synthetic monitoring, real user monitoring, and network monitoring.
They will need to know how to monitor/alert apps, root cause analysis, and provide problem resolution.
Need to ensure apps are being monitored and alerted for immediate resolution to reduce business impacts.
They will need to work with closely App Leads and Network Leads as needed to ensure apps are monitored, alerted, and root causes/problem resolution are adhered too based on SLAs.
Must be able to set monitoring and alerting across Spring Applications running on Azure.
Must be able to set monitoring and alerting across DB2 running on Mainframe / Distributed
Must be able to set monitoring and alerting across SQL Server running on Distributed and on Azure
Root cause and problem analysis for Performance Tuning of Applications, work with Apps and Network Teams as needed to resolve issues before major impacts to the business.
