Champion to socialize Dynamics CRM as a platform to the business users as well as integration points.
Advise customers on Dynamics CRM by: holding discovery workshops, curate training and product-demos, maintaining community by detailing Dynamics features and app integrating with CRM.
Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation.
Envision implementation, from a higher level, and ability to collaborate closely with product owner to build extensible solution.
Embrace the Dynamics-as-a-platform vanilla features and expertise in sales, marketing, and service modules.
Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to act as technical expert in proposal development and presentations to SMEs.
Must possess hands-on experience in implementing CRM migration and providing training to Super Users.
Integration of Dynamics apps with Mobility, Outlook Connector, Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Acton, ConstantContact etc, Field Service, and third party apps.
Experience in developing micro services (using lightweight APIs) that can be utilized to allow bi-directional integration using RESTful interface.
Embrace DevOps culture with leadership and ownership on platforms, architecting solution deployment and monitoring health of platform using New Relic/Solar winds.
Technical Skills
5+ years of cumulative experience working with Dynamics CRM 2015/2016/ Dynamics 365.
2+ years of experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows with C#, .NET 4.5 framework, Odata, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS.
Experience in customer-facing role detailing practices in Dynamics CRM environments.
Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment including application architecture, customizations, plug-ins, workflows (OOB and custom), and JavaScript.
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server (20012/2014), SSRS, REST/SOAP, and Dynamics apps integrations.
Expertise in data migration analysis and implementing data maps through source to target with appropriate validations.
Extensive experience in CRM installation (on premise) and maintaining/updating product releases from Microsoft.

Experience in shadowing CRM users and interpreting their business processes to leverage CRM functionalities.
