Job Title: Dynamics CRM Developer (Development/Customization)

Location: Blue Bell, PA

Duration: 6 month CTH

Must be US Citizen or GC Holder.

Position Description: The CRM Technical Developer (CRMD) focuses on
introducing standardized operational excellence to MS CRM (on-prem and
cloud) Line of Service Application offerings across several functional
client programs and projects.

First and foremost the candidate should be well experienced in CRM
customization supporting multiple operational teams, preferably in a
regulated industry such as HealthCare or the Pharmaceutical industry.
As such, the CRM Developer will execute on large and complex projects, and
may serve as technical SME for Tech Leads/Product Engineers/Software
Development Manager for Client projects/programs and Proof of Concepts, as
initiatives arise.

This is not a prominently client-facing role but appropriate levels of
team-communication are important to overall success.


Project Execution (70%)
* Works on multiple projects/programs concurrently
* Execute Technical implementation team
* Ensure clarity of requirements
* Enforce standards in technical stages of delivery
* Seek to increase IT-homed proficiency in functional Line of Service
Applications and Solutions
* Participate in Proof of Concept
installations/configurations/projects to satisfy business and platform
aligned objectives


* 2+ years of customization development experience with Dynamics CRM
* 3-5 years of C#, .Net Development experience.
* Understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall
and/or Agile)
* A proven understanding of object oriented concepts and design with
solid rooting in ''the CRM way''
* Ability to develop complex technical designs a large plus
* Good communication and analysis skills
* Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills
