Over all IT experience should be from 4-7 years
Min 2+ years of experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX; preferably 2012 R2
Min 3+ years of general .NET or X++ development experience
Proven experience with AIF
Proven experience with SSRS
Understanding of Dynamics AX data structures
Dynamics AX 2012 development certification a plus
Experience working with Agile development teams a plus
Requires strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
Primary skills: (Must have)
Excellent knowledge in X++, MorphX IDE.
Should have hands on experience in using query classes, developing and customizing forms.
Should have extensive knowledge in Tables, relations, views, classes and queries.
Should have been involved in implementation of large customizations.
Should have good functional understanding of business processes.
Should have good knowledge in Batch processing.
Should have hands on experience in SSRS and Query based reports.
Should have good knowledge in different Versions of AX, MSSQL, and VS.
Should have extensive knowledge on Runbase and Sys Operation framework.
Should have good understanding in the Finance, Purchase, Sales, Logistics, Retail, AR and AP Modules.
Should have excellent communication and Client coordination skills.
Secondary/ Extensive Skills: (Good to have)
Should have been involved in end to end AX Implementation Project.
Should have knowledge in Ax version upgrades and Cumulative updates.
Should have good knowledge in AX Architecture, Models and model store.
Should have good knowledge in WCF, IIS and Share point.
Should have knowledge in using Source Control or Version control.
Knowledge in Workflows, AIF, Enterprise Portal, .net would be an added advantage.
