Minimum experience of at least two end-to-end ERP implementation
Ability to collaborate with non-professional as well as professional stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work individually and in a team environment and add to the team''s knowledge base and AX experience
Ability to assess and resolve complex ERP problems / issues / risks
Strong knowledge of ERP systems in manufacturing and distribution environments
Understanding of and experience with agile/lean software development
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work activities
Emphasis on customizations and fine tuning
Ability to recognize situations when using out of the box functionality is more appropriate than custom coding experience.
