Location : Boston, MA
Duration : 6+ months
Rate : Negotiable
Seeking a Functional consultant with Expertise in Property and Casualty’s Workers Compensation Line of Business ideally worked with the Claims Department of a Tier 1 Carrier. Experience in implementing Claims systems as a functional expert for Claims life cycle management. Experience in Duck Creek Product implementation is desired. The person will serve as a functional advisor for digital transformation in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry leveraging the Duck Creek suite of products for Tier 1 Workers Compensation Carrier. Ideally desired experience in having lead a Claims Transformation Journey.
Product Consulting
Lead consulting engagements enabling our clients on their Enterprise Transformation
Provide thought leadership on Workers Compensation Claims Business process, Insurance products and PAS adoption
Design solutions to meet the business and insurance product objectives on Duck Creek product
Communication and relationship management
Excellent communicator with ability to communicate and articulate complex requirements and technical ideas to the C-level executives and Business leaders
Communicate directly with the client’s senior level functional personal to design solutions
Develops and maintains direct customer point of contact for consulting engagements
Participate in the discussions to understand customer business and technical objectives
Effectively communicate solutions to the customer and the project teams
Personnel management, Delivery and account growth
Work with implementation teams to help the customer to solve their objective
Ensure that proposals are technically sound, deliverable and addressing business needs
Identify opportunities for growth within the customer environment
Provide feedback to team based on customer feedback
