Proficient in Windows, .NET, Oracle

Comfortable working with a small team where roles are likely to overlap
Developer
Good understanding of .NET platform and C# or F In particular, experience with LINQ style data transformations. Our goal is to express transformations declaratively.
Experience building up complex behavior through integration of small well defined building blocks with uniform interfaces.
In particular, someone who’s proficient in command line pipelines (Unix or Powershell) would be a plus. Our solution will have a similar structure.
Strong unit testing discipline.
Experience with libraries to read Excel files.
Experience in loading, validating, and binding complex configuration data at runtime
There will be numerous checks around detecting an invalid configuration.
Experience writing long running processes (e.g. Windows services or Unix daemons)
This isn’t a web app that accepts requests and generates responses.
We’ll be monitoring files systems for changes, and kicking off tasks (as child processes or threads

Experience with ETL style problems is a plus, because this really is a pipeline from source to sink. It just doesn’t lend itself to classic ETL tools
