Job Description :
Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Miamisburg, OH 45342
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications/operating systems.
Provides technical support to project team members.
Requires a bachelor''s degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field''s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
May report to an executive or a manager.
Work will involve maintenance and development support for an existing Windows 2008, IIS 7, .NET application.

C#
.NET framework 4 or 5
Angular/Jquery

Required skills
Javascript / jQuery, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, XSLT and XML are. SQLServer, and SQL experience is preferred.
Experience with Subversion, CruiseControl, BootStrap, Razor, Spark View Engine, StructureMap and NUnit are a bonus.
The position is split 70/30; 70% is new feature work, 30% is maintenance
Focus is on trying to get all screens across the application to be more consistent
Also will build out their screens across various mobile platforms
Combination of waterfall and agile
They do not participate in daily standups
Everything funnels through he manager, and he hands it off to the appropriate engineer
They are given full autonomy to work on it
Candidates will investigate new technology to see if it could fit in their architecture stack
Manager is hands off
2 fulltime engineers, 4 contractors
Very collaborative environment
Currently working on .NET 4.6.1

Shift hours
Core business hours preferred, could be flexible around these hours
Only time they would be asked to be available is if they have a major feature going into release

Interview Process
30 minute phone screen
In person interview is a must
