Short Description:

The Iowa Department of Transportation needs a .Net developer to make modifications to an electronic registration and titling system.

Complete Description:

This resource will work within a project team in a software developer role. This resource will report to a technical lead to get direction but will need the ability to work independently. Additionally the resource may be asked to participate in requirements gathering, the creation of documentation, production troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing sessions.

The development aspects of the electronic registration and titling project will be focused the expansion of existing web services and stored procedures as part of a larger application. However, in the longer term, there will be more work and chance of extensions if this person has experience as a full stack developer.
