Title: .Net Web Developer
Location: Tallahassee, FL 32399
Duration: 2 months contract with possible extension

PURPOSE:
This scope of work is for application developer services to provide maintenance, support, and development of .Net applications necessary to support the operations of the Office of CMS Managed Care Plan. Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health (Department

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Three years of experience developing applications in C# .Net;
2. One year of experience with HTML5;
3. Two years of experience with MVC;
4. Three years of experience with AngularJS, Javascript/JQuery;
5. Four years of experience with Visual Studio;
6. One year of experience with Azure DevOps;
7. Three years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views;
8. Four years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirements;
9. Three years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption;
10. Two years of experience with web accessibility standards;
11. Three years of experience with integrations using REST web services, including JSON and XML data transport;
12. Three years of experience with IIS environment for clients and servers;
13. One year of experience with Power BI reporting;
14. Two years of experience with SSRS;
15. One year of experience with developing Medicaid-funded pediatric health care systems;
16. Four years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices;
17. One year of experience with Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines, and configuration; and
18. Three years of experience developing web-based applications.

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
1. Attend and participate in all ceremonies of a Scrum development project including Planning Sessions, Stand-Up Sessions, Review Sessions, Backlog Grooming Sessions, Pointing Sessions, and Retrospective Session as directed by the Department.
2. Modify, create, and test application code and database code for identified Stories on a three week cycle, with a zero-defect rate as directed by the Department.
3. Document application modifications and additions daily as coding tasks are assigned by the Department, and store in a document repository.
DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK:
The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentially document attached to the purchase order.
