The workers must have strong .NET Web development experience, with a working knowledge of .NET version 4.0 or above and Visual Studio Professional 2015. The worker(s) must have also worked with Oracle and Web technologies. Additionally, the worker(s) must have extensive experience with the following:
· Developing .NET solutions using MVC design based on functional specifications
· Solid understanding of Oracle PL/SQL
· Web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, SSL/TLS, and JSON
· Adhering to software development processes and standards
· Preparing detailed documentation
· Generating work estimates in an SDLC environment

The workers must be familiar with data base structures, and reporting platforms as well as be able to work as a member of an existing .NET development team to ensure work complies with the standards and all software artifacts are prepared accurately in a timely fashion. The worker must also be quality conscious and be dedicated to delivering quality products on time and on budget.

*Candidates must be available for face-to-face interview at a DFPS IT Austin location.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience designing, creating, and overseeing .NET Web applications for large, complex, high-availability systems.
Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet data requirements.
Experience with .NET 3.0 or higher version.
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
Experience with MVC (model-view-controller)
Experience with Web technologies HTML5, CSS3, SSL/TLS, and JSON
Experience with .NET 4.0 or higher version.
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Skills are needed to interact with staff, users, and leadership.
Knowledge of Visual Studio Professional 2015.
Ability to work with development tools; with an in-depth understanding of technical design.
Ability to work independently in a diverse team environment and with local and remote teams.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of software development and methodologies.
Preferences:
Experience developing quality solutions with tight deadlines.
Public sector experience (e.g., Federal, State, and/or Local Government)
